Hotel Des Remparts Perrache

Location was excellent. Hotel is located on the Place Carnot with lots of great food and drink options within walking distance. It is also right next to the Lyon-Perrace Gare Routiere, a major public transport hub for the metro, trams, buses and trains. Super friendly staff that were multilingual. Breakfast was a buffet not included in the room rate but could be purchased for 14.90 Euro through the front desk,

We arrived at 11 pm for our first visit 2024 Feb 01 to a friendly welcome from the night receptionist. The hotel is on the north side of Lyon Perrache train station, on the elegant Place Carnot - one minute on foot from trains, trams, buses and metro. The hotel is recently renovated, and everything is classy and super clean. Luxury hot shower, a coffee machine in the room, and a good sleep between clean sheets and quilt. I feel lucky to have spent 4 nights here in the wonderful city of Lyon.

The hotel is located right at the metro and therefore, good to reach. The sights are also not too far away and easy to reach via Metro. Restaurants were nearby as well. Everything was clean and the room itself had a decent size. What I like best was the super friendly staff and the amazing playlist played by the receptionist.

Location and proximity to Perrashe station. Room comfortable and clean. Very nice breakfast. Comfortable bed and pillows.

I liked the position, very close to the Perrache station and very quiet. I liked the room clean and cosy with a comfortable bed. The Breakfast was excellent, self-service and rich in food.
